Hungarian Potatoes

Cover with approximately half of the butter-sour cream mixture.
Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, eggs and butter-sour cream mixture.
Sprinkle top with bread crumbs or cracker meal.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for 30 minutes or until dish is bubbling.
