Hungarian Frittata
Hungarian Frittata is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. salami, 4 wiener sausages, 2 green bell peppers, 3 red tomatoes and 2 onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut sausages into strips and salami into slices.
Rinse peppers, remove seeds and cut into slices.
Rinse and slice tomatoes.
Peel and slice onions.
Saute sausages and salami in a skillet for 3 minutes.
Add onion and peppers.
Saute a few minutes longer.
Add tomatoes and reduce heat.
Beat eggs.
Put all ingredients into a pan and pour eggs over all.
Stir mixture over medium heat until eggs set.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve with rye bread or old-fashioned wheat bread.
