Hummingbird Cake

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and salad oil.
Stir until dry ingredients are moist.
Do not beat. Stir in pineapple, vanilla, nuts and bananas.
Spoon batter into three 9-inch cake pans. Bake 30 minutes at 350Β° or until cake tests done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove and cool thoroughly. Spread frosting between layers and on top of cake.
