Grease and flour 3 (9-inch) round cake pans or 1 tube or Bundt pan.
Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl and stir by hand until thoroughly blended.
Add eggs and oil.
Stir until moist. Add all other ingredients.
Spoon into pans and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes for 3 cake pans.
Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours for tube or Bundt pan.
