Hummingbird Cake
Hummingbird Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 3 beaten eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.
Add sugar and oil, stirring in dry ingredients until moistened.
Do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup nuts and bananas.
Spoon into 3 well-greased and floured 9-inch pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Remove and cool.
