Hummingbird Cake

Do not use mixer.
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with wooden spoon until well blended.
Grease and flour a Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans or an angel food pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes or until cake test comes out clean using toothpick.
Cool on rack for 30 to 35 minutes.
