Hummingbird Cake
Hummingbird Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Do not use mixer.
Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Add Wesson oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Add pineapple and juice from pineapple, bananas and pecans.
Mix well and pour into 3 cake pans that are sprayed well with Pam.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool completely before icing.
