Hummingbird Cake

Combine dry ingredients.
Add eggs and oil.
Stir until moistened.
Do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.
Spoon batter into well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool 30 minutes.
(May also be baked in three 9-inch pans at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.)
