Hummingbird Cake
Hummingbird Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl; add eggs and oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat.
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup nuts and bananas.
Spoon batter into 3 well-greased pans.
Bake at 325Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake is done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool completely.
