Humble Pie
Humble Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pound cake, 3 boxes coconut cream pudding mix (not instant), 6 c. milk, 5 ripe bananas and 4 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Slice pound cake into 1/4-inch slices.
Place in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cook pudding as directed on box.
Cool, slice bananas over cake and pour pudding over bananas.
Place in refrigerator until cold.
Make meringue with egg whites, sugar and vanilla.
Spread over pudding, sprinkle with coconut.
Bake until browned.
