Preheat oven to 425°.
In large bowl, sift corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt.
Add oil and stir.
Add enough boiling water to mixture to make a firm dough.
Place dough in skillet and turn once to cover with oil.
Bake at 425° for 1 hour.
Bread will be crusty.
Serve hot.
