Hot Vegetables
Hot Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag california blend of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can onion rings, 1 c. (4 oz.) swiss cheese and 1/3 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix thawed and drained vegetables with soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and 1/2 onions.
Put in 2-quart baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes, covered, at 350Β°.
Put rest of cheese and onions over and bake 5 minutes more, uncovered.
