Hot Toddy
Hot Toddy is an easy dinner. Made with juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp. honey or sugar, 3 oz. bourbon or rye whiskey and boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

To every 10 pounds of grapes use 3 quarts water.
Let stand for 3 days.
Strain.
Add 5 pounds granulated sugar to juice.
Let stand 9 days or until fermentation ceases.
(Use stone jar covered with cloth.)
Bottle and cap tightly.
