Hot Squash Casserole
Hot Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh yellow squash, 8 oz. jar cheez whiz with hot jalapeño or 3/4 (16 oz.) jar, 1 small onion, chopped and sauteed in microwave, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut up squash and boil until almost done.
Pour in colander and drain well.
Spray casserole dish (12 x 7 1/2-inch or 8 x 8-inch) with Pam.
