Hot Sausage Cheese Puffs is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot or sweet italian sausage, 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, 3 c. biscuit mix and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Remove casing from sausage, break up in pieces and fry about 10 minutes.
Drain and cool in large bowl.
Add cheese, biscuit mix and water.
Stir until blended.
Roll into round balls about 1 inch in size.
Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 400Β° until puffed and brown, 10 to 20 minutes.
Makes about 120.
