Hot Rolls
Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 yeast cakes, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 c. warm water, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 c. melted butter or oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine yeast, sugar and warm water; stir until completely dissolved.
Add melted butter and salt; stir.
Gradually add flour until it makes a pliable dough.
Turn out on a dough board that has 2 cups flour on it.
Knead until dough is stiff.
Place in a greased bowl; brush with oleo.
Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk, about 1 1/2 hours.
Punch down and let rise again.
Then make into rolls.
Place in pan and let rise.
Bake at 400Β°.
Makes 30 rolls or 2 loaves.
