Hot Rolls
Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. warm water, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 pkg. yeast, 1 c. scalded milk and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix warm water, 1 teaspoon sugar and yeast together.
Add remaining ingredients and enough flour to make soft dough (5 to 6 cups).
Let rise and roll out.
Cut rolls and let rise again. Bake on a greased sheet pan.
Leave in a 250° oven for 10 minutes and then raise temperature to 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
