Hot Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. crisco, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 yeast cake mixed with 1/4 c. warm water and 2 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix dry ingredients, milk and yeast.
Knead, roll out and cut like biscuits.
Let rise 5 minutes.
Bake at 475Β° (watch for your own choice of brownish coloring) about 12 to 15 minutes.
Dough can be refrigerated and pinched off at each meal.
Let stand (rise) 5 or 10 minutes.
