Hot Rolls
Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. melted shortening, 1 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Add yeast to warm milk and sugar.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Add salt, shortening and flour.
Mix until smooth.
Place dough over pan of warm water.
Let rise until light (about 30 minutes).
Place on board (without kneading).
Pat out, then cut with cutter.
Grease rolls with butter.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Bake at 425Β° until brown.
