Hot Rolls
Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. flour, 1 yeast cake, 2 eggs, beaten, 2 c. milk, scalded and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
Scald milk; add butter and cool, slightly.
Add eggs and sugar.
When warm, add yeast to milk and mix with salt and flour.
Let rise good.
Roll out and cut round; brush with butter.
Double over and place in buttered pan. Let raise and bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
