Hot Rolls
Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. plain flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. shortening (crisco) and 1 egg white (unbeaten), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Make up like biscuit dough.
Put in the refrigerator 1 hour or overnight to cool.
Pinch off what you want to roll out.
Put a little oil in pan.
Cut out as biscuits.
Flip over in oil.
Let rise 1 hour in a warm place until doubled in size.
Cook in 450Β° oven until brown.
