Hot Rolls
Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. dry yeast + 4 tbsp. sugar, 4 c. milk, 5 tbsp. cooking oil, 4 tsp. salt and 13 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat milk to scalding.
Tablespoons sugar, oil and salt.
Mix yeast with 4 tablespoons sugar. Add warm water and stir until well mixed.
Milk is cooled to lukewarm, add eggs and yeast mixture.
Add flour, about 1 cup at a time. Beat with dough hoops until you have added most of the flour. Use remainder of flour for kneading and knead well.
