Hot Rolls
Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pkg. yeast, 4 eggs, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 c. scalded milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup of the water.
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar to activate it.
Heat milk and remaining 1/2 cup of water.
Beat eggs, sugar and salt together.
Add yeast and milk.
Add enough flour for desired consistency.
Knead.
Let rise until doubled. Punch down and let rise again.
This is not critical if you are rushed for time.
Work each roll into a small ball.
Let rise 20 to 30 minutes.
Bake at 375Β° until golden brown.
