Hot Rolls
Hot Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1 pkg. or cake yeast, 1/2 c. shortening and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Add sugar and shortening to hot water and let cool.
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water, then add this to the sugar mixture.
Add the beaten eggs and 3 cups of flour.
Mix well with hands, then put on board and knead well.
(Probably will take about 2 cups of flour.)
Roll out; cut with biscuit cutter.
Put in greased pan to rise for about 2 hours.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 minutes.
