Hot Roll-Ups
Hot Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. treet, mashed, 4 oz. grated cheese, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 1/2 tsp. hot sauce and 8 slices sandwich bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix Treet, cheese, onion and hot sauce.
Cut crust from slices of bread.
Roll bread with rolling pin and spread with meat mixture. Roll up jelly roll fashion and cut in halves or thirds. Place seam side down on a baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter and garnish with paprika.
Broil about 8 inches from heat until golden brown and cheese melts.
Serve hot.
Makes 12 to 16.
