Hot Pineapple Pie
Hot Pineapple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained, 1 c. sugar, 5 tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (mild cheddar) and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grease baking dish.
Drain pineapple.
Pour in dish.
Mix flour and sugar together.
Pour over pineapple.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Top with crushed Ritz cracker crumbs.
Pour melted butter over top and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
This is good hot after cooked.
(Refrigerate leftovers; good even cold.)
