Hot Pineapple Eggnog
Hot Pineapple Eggnog is an easy dinner. Made with 8 eggs, 6 1/2 c. pineapple or other fruit juice, 1 pt. cream, 1 c. sugar and 1/4 c. chopped orange peel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Separate egg yolks and whites.
Beat yolks thoroughly in half the sugar.
Beat whites thoroughly in remaining half sugar.
Bring pineapple juice to a boil.
Add cream; reheat and pour over egg yolk mixture.
Fold egg whites into hot mixture.
Sprinkle with orange peel.
Serves 12.
