Hot Pineapple Bake
Hot Pineapple Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, 6 slices bread and 2 can (20 oz. size) crushed pineapple, drain some, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Break bread in a bowl (tear in small pieces).
Add beaten eggs and sugar.
Add pineapple.
Cut butter into chunks or slices and mix in.
Butter casserole (2-quart size) and spoon mixture into casserole.
Bake at 350° to 375° for 40 to 45 minutes, until bubbly.
(Excellent side dish with baked ham.)
