Hot Peppers
Hot Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with banana peppers, 2 qt cold water, 1 qt white vinegar, 1 c salt and cloves of garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
USE RUBBER GLOVES!
Wash and dry banana peppers, remove seeds and cut into strips or rings.
Pack firmly into jar.
Mix the solution together.
Place 1 or 2 cloves of garlic in each jar then pour solution over peppers.
Remove bubbles with a knife.
Put 1 Tbsp of pure olive oil on top of each jar and seal.
Ready to eat in 3 to 4 weeks.
