Hot Pepper Butter
Hot Pepper Butter is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with hot peppers, qt. yellow mustard, qt. white vinegar, . salt and c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Chop peppers (do not remove seeds).
In large pot, combine peppers (with seeds), mustard, vinegar, salt and sugar.
Bring to a boil.
Combine 1 1/2 cups water with 1 1/2 cups flour (I use a quart jar and add 1 ice cube to flour/water mixture and shake well).
Add to other ingredients.
Bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes (STIRRING CONSTANTLY).
Pour into hot jars (canning jars, following canning directions).
