Hot Pecan Dip
Hot Pecan Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 tsp. milk, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. or jar dry beef, finely chopped and 1/4 c. diced green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Toast pecans in butter in 350° oven until golden.
Whip remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup toasted pecans. Stir well.
Spoon into an 8 or 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans on top.
Serve hot or cold. Serve with crackers.
