Hot Milk Cake
Hot Milk Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 4 eggs, 1 c. milk and 1 pad butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt butter in milk; heat to scalding point.
Sift dry ingredients.
Mix all ingredients, except lemon pudding mix; pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350Β° oven until lightly browned.
Cut the cake into 2 layers. Prepare 1 package of lemon pudding mix; spoon onto bottom layer. Place top layer on top of the pudding.
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
