Hot Milk Cake
Hot Milk Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 1/4 c. flour, 2 tsp. vanilla, 10 tbsp. margarine and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In mixing bowl, beat eggs about 5 minutes on high until thick. Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Combine dry ingredients; add to batter with vanilla.
Beat at low speed until smooth.
In saucepan, heat milk and butter just until margarine melts.
This may be done in microwave.
Add to batter, beating until combined.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until cake is done.
Yields 12 to 16 servings.
