Hot Milk Cake
Hot Milk Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 c. milk, 4 eggs, 2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine margarine and milk; warm in pan to melt margarine. Beat well each item when added to mix.
Beat well 4 eggs, sugar, vanilla and sifted flour.
Fold in slowly, milk and margarine mixture; beat well.
Add baking powder; beat well.
Grease and flour pans.
Makes 36 cupcakes, 1 (3 layer) cake or 1 tube pan cake.
Bake at 350Β°.
Cupcakes and layer cake bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Tube pan bake for 1 hour.
