Hot Mexican Dip
Hot Mexican Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/3 c. taco sauce, 1 can (16 oz.) refried beans and 1 1/4 c. (6 oz.) shredded monterey jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is brown.
Drain if necessary.
Stir in taco sauce, beans and 1 cup of cheese.
Heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
Into dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top in the form of a ring.
Serve with chips.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups of dip.
