Hot Grog
Hot Grog is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 2 1/2 c. water, 1 1/2 c. apple juice and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stir the apple juice into the milk and water.
Beat the egg whites until soft peaks.
Stir into liquid mixture and heat until warm.
Do not boil.
Use a large pot.
Makes 1 1/2 quarts. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
