Hot Green Casserole
Hot Green Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can green chili salsa, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 pkg. corn tortillas (use 2 per person) and 4 chicken breasts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook chicken until done and break into bite size pieces. Combine salsa and soups and mix in chicken.
Cut or tear tortillas into bite-size pieces.
Grease 3-quart casserole.
Layer 1/2 of tortillas, half of soup mixture, 1/2 cheese and layer again.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
Serves 4.
