Hot German Potato Salad
Hot German Potato Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 1 pkg. betty crocker scalloped potatoes, 3 c. water, 3 to 4 tbsp. vinegar and 1 hard-cooked egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Fry bacon; drain and crumble.
Discard all but 2 tablespoons bacon fat.
Add potatoes and their sauce to pan.
Stir in water. Heat to boiling and simmer 25 minutes until potatoes are tender. Carefully stir in vinegar, bacon and bacon drippings.
Garnish with finely chopped egg.
