Hot Garlic-Herb Bread
Hot Garlic-Herb Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf italian bread (approximately 14 inches), 1/2 c. soft butter, 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, 1/4 tsp. dried oregano and 1 tsp. fresh minced dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut the bread diagonally into 1-inch slices.
Blend the butter, 1 tablespoon parsley, oregano, dill and garlic.
Put the bread slices together again after putting the butter mixture on each slice.
Shape aluminum foil around the bread in a boat like fashion, twisting the ends and leaving the top open.
Spread a small amount of the butter mixture on top of bread, then sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese and the 1 tablespoon parsley.
Heat in 400Β° oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
