Hot Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. evaporated milk, 4 c. sugar, 8 sq. baking chocolate, 1/2 c. butter and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix milk and sugar in a boiling pan.
Bring to a boil; let boil 1 minute.
Add chocolate squares.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Remove from heat.
Add butter, vanilla and salt.
Makes 1 1/2 quarts sauce.

Serve on ice cream, cake, etc.
