Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
Hot Fudge Pudding Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. buttermilk baking mix, 1 c. sugar, divided, 3 tbsp. plus 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder, divided, 1/2 c. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Mix buttermilk baking mix, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cocoa in greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Stir in milk and vanilla until well blended.
Sprinkle evenly with remaining 1/3 cup of cocoa and 1/2 cup sugar.
Pour hot water evenly over top.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 40 minutes or until top is firm.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
Serve at once in dessert bowls with the sauce spooned over cake.
