Hot Fruit Compote
Hot Fruit Compote is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can spiced red apple rings, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can green pear halves, drained and 1 (16 oz.) can apricots, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place all fruits in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Melt butter and in top of double boiler, put butter, sugar, flour (mixed in sugar) and juice.
Blend well and cook about 15 minutes or until slightly thick.
Pour over fruit.
Cook at 350Β° for 25 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
