Drain off fruit.
Cut pineapple in half.
Arrange fruit in casserole dish.
Heat in pan butter, sugar and sherry.
Cool and pour over the fruit.
cover and chill overnight in refrigerator. Before serving, heat in 350Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Uncover to heat, but re-cover to keep hot after baking until ready to serve.
