Hot Egg Nog
Hot Egg Nog is an easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. whole milk, 4 tbsp. sugar or to taste, dash of nutmeg, 4 eggs, separated and rum extract to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream egg yolks and sugar until light in color.
Heat milk to boiling point and add a little to the creamed mixture, stirring. Gradually blend creamed mixture into pot of milk, stirring constantly.
Fold beaten egg whites into milk and creamed mixture. Add desired amount of rum extract and serve with nutmeg sprinkled on top.
