Hot Deviled Potatoes
Hot Deviled Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with instant mashed potatoes (enough for 4), 1/2 c. dairy sour cream, 2 tsp. prepared mustard, 1/2 tsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. chopped green onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare potatoes according to package directions (make on the dry side).
Heat sour cream (do not boil).
Add mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt and sugar; stir to blend.
Mix into hot potatoes with onion.
Immediately turn into 1-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
Heat in a 350Β° oven about 10 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
