Hot Creamed Crab
Hot Creamed Crab is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Beat cheese until smooth in small bowl with electric mixer. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, flour and cayenne pepper.
Beat again until smooth; fold in crab meat, almonds and salt.
Bake at 300Β° for 20 minutes.
Should be served with unsalted crackers or Melba toast.
But can use any crackers if these are not available.
