Hot Crab Spread
Hot Crab Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. milk, 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can flaked crab meat, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion and 1/2 tsp. horseradish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine and blend cream cheese and milk.
Add crab meat (which has been picked over and cleaned), onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.
Blend well by hand or in a blender.
Spoon mixture into oven proof dish.
Sprinkle with almonds and bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers or party rye.
Can be made a day ahead and heated before serving.
