Mix first 4 ingredients (dry) in bowl.
Make well in middle; add next 4 ingredients (wet).
Beat liquids well; widen strokes to include dry.
Do not overmix (batter should be lumpy).

Pour into greased loaf pan or muffin tins. Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
