Hot Cocoa Mix is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. nondairy creamer, 1 c. nonfat dry milk, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
