Hot Chips Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 1/2 c. vinegar, 1 gal. ripe tomatoes, 3 or more onions, chopped and jalapeño peppers, deseeded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

👨🍳 Instructions
Chop tomatoes and peppers and mix with chopped onions.
Mix all together.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Pack into hot sterilized jars and seal.
Yields 7 pints.
